Starting January 2025, I am pleased to share that I was elected President of the Society of Typographic Arts. The STA, founded in 1927, is Chicago’s oldest design organization, and has been uplifting creative professionals with a community that now spans the globe. Previously, I served the STA Board as Treasurer from 2016–18. I look forward to returning to the board, leading the STA in a new direction, and giving back to the community that continues to shape my career. From big celebrations to intimate workshops, or studio tours to global competitions, the STA is committed to uplifting design practitioners.
